We all get a boost when we need it most. A €‎270 Christmas bonus, a €‎70 Easter bonus, and a €‎70 holiday bonus are in store for all employees. New parents get a €‎530 baby bonus from Determ.

How to get in
If you’re thinking about applying, the least we can do is tell you what happens after.
Step 1
Introduce yourself.
Find a position you like and send us your CV and cover letter/portfolio. If there's nothing you like, send an open application and let us know what you're looking for. Before you do this, read up on us and see if we're worth your while.
Step 2
Give us a minute to review your application and figure out next steps.
We'll either schedule a short call, send you a short assignment (no deadline), or send you a thank you note with an invitation to stay in touch until our next opportunity for you.
Step 3
Check your spam for our response.
After another round of reviews, you can expect an online psychological assessment. We use it to get some insight into how we'd work together. If you don't make it to this round, you'll get a detailed response to help you prepare for next time.
Step 4
We meet in person.
The final interview is a conversation where we ask about your skills, experience and ideas, you ask about ours, and we determine if we're a good fit for each other.
Step 5
We let you know our decision, and you let us know yours.
We review all applications again and choose the best match on our end. Then we either make you an offer or propose we stay connected and fast-track you through the process as soon as there's an opening for you again.
