We offer a 7-day free trial after a demo call. We'll help you set up your account based on your business needs and show you how Determ works. Then you'll have a chance to test it on your own with all features unlocked.
What does a demo call look like?
A demo call is unique to you. It's a way for you to learn more about Determ, see how it works, and get answers to any questions you may have. We'll base the product demo on your own business needs and show you how to set up your account and use Determ for the best possible results.
Do you have to sign up after a demo call?
No, there's no commitment. Our product experts are there to advise you on how to best use Determ and help you set up your account. What you choose to do after a demo call is entirely up to you.
What happens after a demo call?
If you're interested in trying Determ on your own, we'll offer you a 7-day free trial with full features to explore. After your trial ends, you can upgrade to one of our plans or get in touch for a custom plan based on your needs. Otherwise, you lose access to data collected during the trial, as we store your results for 30 days.
Can I choose between monthly and annual billing?
Yes, you can opt to pay month-by-month or once a year. Annual billing comes at a discounted price (-20%) and a yearly contract that ensures that potential pricing increases will not affect you.
What payment options are available?
You can purchase a Determ subscription via bank transfer or online payment. You will receive an offer or an invoice if you opt for bank transfer payments. We support online payments via PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay, and Mada.
What does fair usage mean?
Fair usage is a policy intended to prevent misuse or excessive use of Determ's unlimited options and ensure every user receives an equal, reliable service. If a user reaches the limit for the number of users, keywords, queries, or mentions defined in terms of Service, their results will be suspended until we have established that their usage follows said Terms of Service.
What is the difference between a keyword, query, and mention?
A keyword is a word or phrase you want to track. One or multiple keywords comprise a query, the general search term. For example, you might use ‘Starbucks’ and ‘coffee’ as keywords to track brand mentions of your Starbucks query. A mention is a single search result (an online article or a post) that appears in the feed and contains some or all keywords defined in your query, depending on your desired query setup.
What is historical data?
Historical data is the data relevant to your query before its creation date. In all Determ plans, this spans out to three months in the past if data was available to store in our database. Additional historical data can be purchased upon request.
What is the difference between predefined, custom, and branded reports?
Determ offers several predefined reports, that is, report templates, you can use to create a media report instantly. Custom reports allow you to customize any predefined report or create your own from scratch. With Branded reports, you can customize the design of any report and add your logo, title, color scheme, and more.
